• Build strong relationships with school leaders to anticipate and support HR needs • Collaborate with HR teams to develop and implement initiatives aligned with company goals • Analyze data to identify trends and recommend strategic improvements • Partner with training teams to assess and deploy development programs • Advise managers and staff on conflict resolution, communication, and performance issues • Coordinate with legal counsel and school boards on employment-related matters • Monitor turnover and satisfaction metrics, and implement retention strategies • Manage performance assessment programs and disciplinary procedures • Support leadership development through data-driven action plans and regular coaching • Drive succession planning and talent development initiatives • Assist with staffing and promotion strategies during budget cycles • Create job descriptions and manage position changes • Participate in recruitment efforts, including interviews and candidate evaluations • Ensure effective HR communications across teams
• 1–2 years of HR experience in the above areas • Degree, preferably in Human Resources or related field • Strong technical and software skills • High emotional intelligence and attention to detail • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
