📋 Description

• Define the product vision, roadmap and end-to-end development of new features and product increments for dedicated products or web applications, ensuring alignment with strategic business outcomes. • Engage with our customers, partners and internal stakeholders to understand needs, validate opportunities, and inform prioritisation. • Lead a cross‑functional squad to deliver the roadmap and iterate based on data and user feedback. • Lead agile ceremonies and quarterly planning to drive team alignment and delivery. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to overcome obstacles and optimize delivery. • Write and prioritize epics and user stories to ensure the development team is focused on high-impact work. • Document requirements and outcomes clearly to support cross-functional understanding. • Collaborate with our go‑to‑market teams to support customer acquisition, market expansion, and commercial strategy. • Mentor colleagues in technical and process domains

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in product management, ideally with a focus on digital platforms and customer experience. • Experience mentoring peers and supporting skills acquisition. • Proven track record of leading feature development and delivering measurable business outcomes. • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (UX, development, operations). • Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills. • Demonstrated experience working within agile development teams, including writing and prioritising epics and user stories, and leading planning activities.
