📋 Description

• Lead and support the end-to-end delivery of services across sales models, ensuring alignment with agreed timelines, scope, and delivery standards. • Coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of Access-related initiatives and go-to-market activities across multiple projects and workstreams. • Track milestones, dependencies, and risks, proactively identifying issues and driving timely resolution. • Act as a key point of contact for delivery performance, service status, and issue escalation, ensuring clear communication across stakeholders. • Define, monitor, and report on key delivery metrics, including KPIs, SLAs, and milestone performance. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency, consistency, quality, and scalability across Access models. • Support governance, risk management, compliance, and change management activities related to new or evolving Access sales models.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong alignment with Pearson’s culture and values. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. • Proven experience in project management and service delivery within a sales-enablement, commercial, or technology-enabled environment. • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, delivery governance, and performance tracking. • Experience working in matrixed, cross-functional environments and managing multiple priorities with diverse stakeholders. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Bilingual Spanish and English language skills. • ITIL, PMP, Prince2, or a similar certification is required. • Availability to work from time to time in the Spain time zone, as needed.
