📋 Description

• Supports design, implementation, and administration of global compensation and rewards programs • Conducts market pricing and benchmarking for a wide range of roles including executive-level positions • Prepares compensation-related materials for senior leadership • Supports annual compensation review process including merit increases, bonus planning, and equity awards • Partners with Reward and HR Business Partners to provide compensation guidance for new hires, promotions, and internal mobility • Supports design of enterprise-level plans and provides analysis within the Reward COE • Participates in external compensation surveys and manages relationships with survey providers • Analyzes market data and applies range development methodology to propose salary ranges • Analyzes compensation trends, pay equity, and internal positioning to inform recommendations • Develops and maintains compensation dashboards, reports, and analytics • Tests existing and new functionalities for workforce compensation and Reward technology tools • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations • Partners on Global Reward projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in compensation analysis • Strong working knowledge of internal compensation programs, external market practices, and job leveling frameworks • Proficient in Microsoft Office (knowledge of macros preferred) • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English • Excellent in data mining, data analysis, and number crunching • Analytic and pragmatic problem solving; suggests improvements to programs • Learning agility and working knowledge of industry standards • Excellent organization, time management, prioritization, and planning skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and inter-related dependencies • Highly active ownership • Knowledge of compensation compliance (e.g., FLSA, pay transparency)
