📋 Description
• Manage and coach direct reports, supporting onboarding and skill development. • Oversee delivery of web portals and exam delivery software, ensuring standards in .Net, Angular, Azure, Jira, and Confluence. • Troubleshoot technical issues, escalate blockers, and implement process improvements for quality and efficiency.
🎯 Requirements
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in software engineering • Proven experience managing software development teams • Strong track record delivering web-based solutions • History of working with Agile teams to improve their processes leading to increased delivery • Prior experience with working in a successful onshore/offshore model
