📋 Description

• Design creative assets for social media, marketing campaigns, and the company website • Develop corporate presentations, branded materials, and other visual communications • Create employer branding assets supporting talent attraction and employee engagement • Design internal communication materials • Adapt creative assets for different digital platforms, formats, and audiences • Ensure visual consistency across brand communications and materials • Collaborate with Marketing, People, and other departments on campaigns and special projects • Edit images and perform basic photo retouching • Create and adapt visual content based on established brand guidelines • Maintain, organize, and update the company's design asset library • Contribute creative ideas and visual concepts for campaigns and initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or formal training in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field • 2+ years of professional graphic design experience • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign • Experience with Figma and/or Canva • Basic video editing skills using Premiere, CapCut, or similar tools are a plus • Strong understanding of visual composition, typography, color, and branding • Portfolio showcasing relevant professional work • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Intermediate or advanced English level is a plus
