📋 Description
• Assist with permissions across platforms such as Okta, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Slack, Google Cloud Platform and more • Execute documented IT service requests and routine changes (adding/removing/modifying platforms, updating settings, configuring roles) • Maintain up-to-date records of systems access, changes and configurations • Document IT SOPs and assist in IT project coordination • Monitor key IT systems and report issues or risks • Contribute to security initiatives to strengthen Peddle’s overall security posture • Provide Tier 1 IT Engineering support and escalate as needed
🎯 Requirements
• 2–3 years of IT experience or equivalent training • Familiarity with Cloud platforms and SaaS tools • Strong documentation and communication skills • Project / Program management experience • Exposure to or interest in automation and AI Tools for enterprise • Basic proficiency in utilizing a scripting language (i.e. Python etc) • Security-first mindset and awareness of basic IT compliance and governance practices • Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies
