📋 Description
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans • Conduct functional behavior assessments and adjust treatment as needed • Supervise and mentor RBTs and support high-quality service delivery • Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary providers • Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development • Ensure ethical, evidence-based practices and data-driven decision-making
🎯 Requirements
• Current BCBA certification and Illinois state licensure • 1–3 years of ABA experience (preferred) • Experience supervising RBTs and leading clinical teams • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills • Commitment to ongoing professional growth and client-centered care
