📋 Description

• You will own the end-to-end technical delivery of Pelico’s platform for enterprise customers, from technical discovery to production go-live. • This includes designing and validating data architectures, SQL mappings, and integration flows, while ensuring high standards of performance, reliability, scalability, and security. • You will act as the highest-level technical escalation point during deliveries and remain hands-on when required (SQL, Python, Docker, cloud environments). • You will also contribute to defining and continuously improving delivery standards, technical playbooks, and documentation, while relaying structured field feedback to Product and Engineering teams. • You will serve as a trusted technical partner for customers, leading technical discovery workshops with IT and data teams and translating business needs into clear, scalable technical solutions. • As the main technical referent during deployments, you will participate in key customer meetings and onsite visits (1–2 per month), clearly explaining technical choices, constraints, and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • You will build, manage, and mentor a team of 3–4 Solution Engineers, ensuring consistent delivery quality and strong technical standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in software, data, or solution engineering roles • Strong technical background (software engineering, data engineering, or similar) • Proven experience leading a team (minimum 2–3 people) • Experience working with enterprise customers in complex environments • Strong SQL (data modeling, mappings, transformations) • Python (scripting, automation, data processing) • Docker & containerized environments • Cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure • Data pipelines / ETL / ELT • CI/CD and DevOps fundamentals
