📋 Description

• Drive product strategy and delivery for your area. • Conduct product discovery through user research, data analysis, prototyping, and experiments to validate what really solves customer problems. • Translate ambiguous opportunities into clear product plans, using structured thinking to bring focus, priorities, and alignment across teams. • Create crisp PRDs, collaborate deeply with Design, and push projects from ideation to shipped with real tenacity. • Define and evolve key systems such as workflows, agent behaviours, platform frameworks, APIs and creative tools, which combine human creativity with intelligent automation. • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Creative, and Go To Market teams to take features from concept to launch and iteration. • Stay close to AI developments, understanding model capabilities, release cycles, and integration considerations so we build with the best available tools. • Balance innovation with operational pragmatism, making trade-offs that keep us fast today and scalable tomorrow.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager working on AI-enabled products, ideally experienced with creative, marketing or advertising technology, or complex platforms. • Experience driving products from 0 → 1 and 1 → n, ideally in environments with high ambiguity and rapid iteration. • Strong understanding of AI model behaviour, limitations, and opportunities, and how to design products that harness emerging capabilities responsibly. • Experience structuring complex problem spaces, simplifying decisions, and creating clarity for teams. • Strong product discovery skills: leading discovery workshops, forming hypotheses, running experiments, gathering insight from users and data. • Experience working closely with cross-functional partners, including Engineering, Design and Commercial. • Familiarity with creative ecosystems is a plus but not required.
