📋 Description

• Coordinate with DCOQR to design, monitor, implement, and evaluate coding and quality assurance processes and programs • Support local clinical leaders at agencies located throughout the United States • Meet regulatory and accreditation requirements • Achieve the highest standard of care delivery system • Commit to providing superior service levels

🎯 Requirements

• RN, PT, OT or ST required • Current coding certification • Current OASIS certification • A minimum of five years as a coding, OASIS review, and quality assurance in Home Health • Education and training development and implementation experience • Process Improvement experience preferred • Understanding of the legal and regulatory framework governing the home health industry • Ability to work with all levels of management on all aspects of therapy operations
