📋 Description

• Lead configuration and the various implementation phases during deployment projects • Ensure alignment between clients' business needs and Pennylane features • Provide continuously up-to-date product expertise and act as the functional lead for certain modules • Deliver client-specific training and support the upskilling of teams • Answer questions during rollout and propose workarounds when necessary • Represent the client's voice and usage to internal teams and share knowledge with peers • Develop autonomy to fully manage implementations for a portfolio of clients and handle increasingly complex situations

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of accounting experience in the finance department of SMEs/SMIs or in an accounting firm • Preferred qualifications: DCG (French accounting diploma), BTS in Accounting and Management, BTS SME Management Assistant, Bachelor’s degree in Administrative and Accounting Management • Comfortable working with executives and advising clients • Strong interest in technology and familiarity with market FinTech solutions • Excellent collaboration, adaptability and prioritization skills in a changing environment • Operational English is a plus depending on the team • Role open to remote work from mainland France
