• As a Support, Financial Management and Accounting Specialist, you act as a subject-matter and platform expert. • You are the primary point of contact for our client base who have chosen Pennylane as the central software for their accounting and financial management. • You are therefore at the heart of the 360° customer experience and enable clients and their accountants to fully benefit from Pennylane’s capabilities to support their growth. • You interact daily with users and seek to understand the issues they encounter. • After investigating, your goal is to provide an answer or solution to the user, or when necessary, to escalate the issue to the technical teams. • You are also responsible for assisting in-house and firm accountants to import their data into Pennylane to facilitate their migration.
• Accounting qualification (e.g., BTS CGO, DCG, BTS in SME management, Master CCA or Bachelor's in Administrative and Accounting Management). • At least 3 years’ experience in an accounting firm (ideally having covered at least three fiscal periods). • Experience working directly with company executives is a plus (e.g., in an internal advisory role). • A strong interest in innovative work tools and new technologies. • Autonomy and the ability to solve problems independently and find solutions. • Familiarity with the Pennylane platform is a plus. • Professional level of English. • Strong written communication skills and the ability to explain concepts clearly and professionally to users. • Ability to understand and meet client needs, deliver excellent service, and maintain strong client relationships. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Flexibility to adapt to the product's fast-paced evolution. • Willingness to learn and keep up to date with product developments.
