📋 Description

• Join the Growth Team and collaborate with the growth engineering team lead within the Marketing website squad • Build and refine infrastructure supporting internationalization, including multilingual and localized user journeys • Design and deploy AI-driven tools and automated workflows for lead acquisition and personalized user experiences • Implement and enhance visitor tracking systems to convert raw data into actionable growth insights • Design and develop APIs connecting internal tools with the broader fintech ecosystem • Launch A/B tests, white-label integrations, predictive lead scoring, and optimized acquisition funnels • Maintain and optimize the public website and registration funnels for conversion across markets

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer • Mastery of Ruby on Rails • Proficiency in a JavaScript framework; Vue/Nuxt is a major plus • Ability to leverage AI tools such as LLMs and Copilots • Experience with automation • Fluent in French and English (B2/C1) • German is a bonus • Knowledge of Rails/JavaScript, Vue.js, Nuxt.js, PostgreSQL, Git, and GitHub • Ideally, knowledge of data-tool integrations such as GTM and Segment • Ideally, familiarity with data visualization tools such as Data Studio and Looker • Familiarity with digital marketing, including paid acquisition, conversion, and SEO • Ability to prioritize business-led actions • Candidates must be based in Europe; Pennylane cannot provide visa sponsorship or hire outside Europe
