📋 Description

• Work directly with property managers and internal teams to understand workflows and identify problems worth solving • Take features from idea and prototype through frontend, backend, integrations, testing, and deployment • Build customer-facing features, operational dashboards, automation engines, AI-powered workflows, and integrations • Create intuitive interfaces for complex short-term rental operations • Build event-driven workflows for cleaning scheduling, check-in instructions, and owner statement generation • Develop AI-powered features using LLMs and AI agents for guest communication, maintenance triage, pricing decisions, and portfolio management • Build APIs and integrations with Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI, Google, and other partners • Develop reservation synchronization, dynamic pricing, smart lock, guest communication, check-in, forecasting, cleaning, maintenance, reporting, and financial workflow solutions • Use customer feedback, product usage, and operational results to evaluate and improve shipped features • Make technical decisions balancing delivery speed, maintainability, security, and reliability • Collaborate with founders, designers, operators, customers, and internal teams • Help shape and scale Base360.ai, an AI operating system for short-term rental businesses

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience building and shipping production software • Ability to work across frontend and backend systems • Experience with React, TypeScript, Python, FastAPI, or similar technologies • Strong understanding of APIs, databases, integrations, and cloud architecture • Product mindset and curiosity about why users need a feature • Good judgment around usability, scope, and technical trade-offs • Ability to turn an ambiguous problem into a practical, working solution • Confidence working directly with customers, designers, and founders • Ability to work independently and own outcomes • Curiosity about AI, automation, and operational efficiency • Bias toward shipping, learning, and iterating • Experience with short-term rentals, hospitality technology, or property management systems is a bonus • Experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms is a bonus • Experience with marketplace businesses and booking channel integrations is a bonus • Experience with AI agents and workflow automation is a bonus • Experience with product analytics and experimentation is a bonus • Experience with event-driven architectures is a bonus • Experience with Supabase is a bonus • Experience with AWS serverless infrastructure is a bonus • English proficiency is requested in the application form
