📋 Description

• Act as a subject-matter and platform expert for clients and their accountants • Serve as a liaison between client executives, in-house accountants and accounting firms • Understand and investigate the issues users encounter on a daily basis • Provide answers or solutions and escalate issues to technical teams when necessary • Help company and accounting-firm accountants import their data into Pennylane to facilitate migration • Receive and qualify accounting-related requests • Track requests through to complete ticket resolution • Handle increasingly complex client requests • Create and update customer-facing help resources • Share accounting knowledge and field experience with colleagues • Provide Product teams with structured customer feedback • Identify areas for improvement and contribute to team efficiency • Lead projects that support professional development

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting qualification or degree (BTS CGO, DCG, BTS Assistant de Gestion PME-PMI, Master’s in Accounting, Control and Audit, or Bachelor’s degree in Administrative and Accounting Management) • At least 3 years of experience in an accounting firm, ideally including at least three tax periods • Direct experience working with a business owner is a plus • Interest in innovative work tools and new technologies • Self-motivated, with the ability to solve problems independently and find solutions • Familiarity with Pennylane is a plus • Professional proficiency in English • Strong written communication and teaching skills • Ability to understand and respond to customer needs while providing excellent service • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexibility in adapting to rapid changes to the platform • Willingness to learn and stay up to date with product developments • The right to work in France is required; Pennylane does not currently sponsor visas
