Pennylane is a French SaaS platform that centralizes financial management, accounting, invoicing, expense management, treasury and business banking features for small and medium-sized businesses, independents and accounting firms. It provides an integrated dashboard, automated workflows, bank account and corporate cards, invoice and payment tools, and native integrations with accounting and payments partners to streamline bookkeeping and cashflow operations.

📋 Description

• You join the Pennylane Academy and receive product and team training. • You learn everything you need to know about our company, our vision, and our different departments. • You learn to identify stakeholders and to collaborate effectively within your team and with other departments. • You begin responding to accounting-related requests: you receive queries, qualify them based on a strong understanding of accounting principles, and provide quick, impactful answers. • You gain autonomy and take full ownership of requests, ensuring proper follow-up until tickets are fully resolved to guarantee user satisfaction. • You begin handling increasingly complex client requests. • You contribute to creating and updating help materials available to clients to improve their autonomy. • You share your accounting knowledge and field experience with colleagues. • You advocate for the customer and their usage, and provide constructive feedback to product teams. • You become a product expert and increase your team’s efficiency by identifying areas for improvement. • You take ownership and lead projects you care about to success, helping you grow professionally.

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting education (BTS CGO, DCG, BTS Assistant de Gestion PME-PMI, Master CCA, or Bachelor in Administration and Accounting). • At least 3 years of experience in an accounting firm (ideally with at least three fiscal periods completed). • Direct work with a business owner is a plus (e.g., internal advisory). • Interest in innovative work tools and new technologies. • Autonomy and the ability to solve problems independently and find solutions. • Knowledge of Pennylane is a plus. • Professional-level English. • Strong written communication and teaching skills to interact with users clearly and professionally. • Ability to understand and meet client needs, deliver excellent service, and maintain good client relationships. • Capacity to work independently and as part of a team. • Flexibility to adapt to rapid changes in the tool. • Willingness to learn and stay up to date on product developments.
