📋 Description

‱ As a Support, Financial Reporting & Accounting Specialist, you act as both a subject-matter and platform expert. ‱ You are the primary point of contact for our client base that has chosen Pennylane as their core accounting and financial management software. ‱ You communicate daily with users and seek to understand the issues they encounter. ‱ After investigating, your goal is to provide an answer or solution to the user, or when necessary, escalate the issue to technical teams. ‱ You are also responsible for helping company and firm accountants import and integrate their data into Pennylane to ease their migration. ‱ You join the Pennylane Academy and continuously train on the product and team processes. ‱ You learn everything you need to know about our company, our vision, and our various departments. ‱ You learn to identify all stakeholders and collaborate effectively within your team and with other departments. ‱ You begin to handle accounting-related requests: you receive inquiries, assess them based on a strong understanding of accounting principles, and provide fast, high-impact responses. ‱ You contribute to the creation and updating of customer help materials to increase client autonomy. ‱ You share your accounting knowledge and field experience with colleagues. ‱ You represent the customer perspective and provide constructive feedback to the product teams. ‱ You become a product expert and increase your team’s efficiency by identifying areas for improvement.

🎯 Requirements

‱ Accounting education (e.g., BTS CGO, DCG, BTS in SME Management Assistance, Master CCA, or Bachelor's in Administration & Accounting). ‱ Minimum of 3 years' experience in an accounting firm (ideally having completed at least three tax seasons). ‱ Experience working directly with company leadership is a plus (for example, in an in-house advisory role). ‱ Interest in innovative work tools and new technologies. ‱ Autonomy and the ability to solve problems independently and find solutions. ‱ Knowledge of the Pennylane platform is a plus. ‱ Professional working proficiency in English. ‱ Strong written communication skills and a pedagogical approach to interact with users clearly and professionally. ‱ Ability to understand and respond to client needs, deliver excellent service, and maintain strong client relationships. ‱ Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ‱ Flexibility to adapt to the rapid evolution of the tool. ‱ Willingness to learn and stay up to date with product developments.
