📋 Description

• Receive, qualify, and analyze user requests • Understand users’ challenges and business context • Provide clear, informative, and tailored responses • Track tickets through to complete resolution • Escalate complex issues to the technical or product teams • Maintain a high level of service quality • Help in-house and accounting-firm accountants import their data into Pennylane • Understand the challenges involved in migrating from another accounting software solution • Identify difficulties and coordinate their resolution • Contribute to improving processes and documentation • Create and update user-facing help materials • Identify recurring questions and promote customer self-sufficiency • Share accounting knowledge with the team • Escalate pain points and customer needs to the product teams • Suggest improvements to internal processes and tools • Gradually become a product and domain expert, able to identify areas for improvement and lead projects

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting qualification: BTS CGO, DCG, BTS Assistant de gestion PME-PMI, Bachelor’s degree in Administrative and Accounting Management, Master’s degree in Accounting, Control and Audit (CCA), or equivalent • At least 3 years of experience in a public accounting firm • Ideally, experience completing at least three tax seasons • Experience working directly with business owners is a plus • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and the day-to-day realities of accounting firms • Interest in digital tools and new technologies • Autonomy, curiosity, and problem-solving ability • Excellent written communication skills and a strong ability to explain concepts clearly • Customer-focused mindset and strong interpersonal skills • Ability to work as part of a team and adapt quickly • Eagerness to learn and keep up with product developments • Professional English proficiency (reading, listening, and writing) • Knowledge of Pennylane is a plus
