📋 Description

• Team management: • Ability to manage a team of 8 people and continue growing it: recruiting, coaching, development, performance reviews… • Distribute workload and manage priorities in collaboration with various stakeholders (Project Manager, Partner Solution Architect, Account Executive, Education) • Create a high-performance team culture (ramping up new hires, meeting client deadlines, ensuring accounting firm satisfaction…) • Operations and oversight: • Track the team’s key KPIs and evolve them according to the team’s mission • Manage the migration project pipeline: prioritization, resource allocation, deadlines • Ensure service quality and client satisfaction • Handle escalations and complex situations • Proactively propose improvements to Ops teams to optimize our processes (Salesforce, migration journey, managed migration workflows…)

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting background (e.g., IUT GEA, BTS CGO, DCG, DSCG, Master CCA) • Experience in an accounting firm, ideally with prior migration projects • Team management experience in a high-demand, project-delivery environment • Ability to build and monitor production KPIs • Methodical and structured mindset with strong attention to meeting deadlines • English level A2 (basic) • Leadership: ability to engage and develop the team’s skills (through constructive feedback, managing tense moments, etc.) • Client relations: excellent interpersonal skills, service-oriented with a strong client satisfaction mindset • Cross-functional communication: ability to work across Product, PSA, Project Managers and Sales teams
