📋 Description

• Act as a subject-matter and platform expert for clients and accountants using Pennylane • Serve as a liaison between business owners, in-house accountants, and accounting firms • Understand and investigate the issues users encounter on a daily basis • Provide answers or solutions and escalate issues to technical teams when necessary • Help in-house accountants and accounting firms import their data into Pennylane to facilitate migration • Continuously learn about the product, the company, and its departments during the first three months • Receive, qualify, and resolve accounting-related requests • Track tickets through to complete resolution • Handle increasingly complex customer requests • Create and update customer-facing help resources • Share accounting knowledge and hands-on experience with colleagues • Provide product teams with well-structured feedback on customer usage • Identify areas for improvement and lead improvement projects • Potentially progress toward more advanced Support inquiries, account management, or customer implementation

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting qualification (BTS CGO, DCG, BTS Assistant Manager for SMEs, Master’s degree in Accounting, Control and Audit, or Bachelor’s degree in Administrative and Accounting Management) • At least 3 years of experience in an accounting firm, ideally including at least three tax seasons • Direct experience working with a business owner is a plus • Interest in innovative work tools and new technologies • Self-motivated, with the ability to solve problems independently and find solutions • Knowledge of Pennylane is a plus • Professional proficiency in English • Strong written communication skills and the ability to explain concepts clearly to users • Ability to understand and respond to customer needs, provide excellent service, and maintain strong relationships • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexibility to adapt to rapid changes in the platform • Eagerness to learn and stay up to date with product developments • Must have the right to work in France; Pennylane does not currently sponsor visas
