📋 Description

• Create, implement, and maintain system design elements, tools, and workflows for the dedicated Level Design team. • Assign, delegate, and support individuals with their tasks, monitoring and reviewing their work progress. • Provide constructive feedback and clear communication to improve the playability of objectives within levels, streamline integration workload, and ensure a continuous improvement approach. • Take responsibility for evaluating direct reports during periodic performance reviews. • Foster an engaging team atmosphere and promote a healthy work–life balance.

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 7+ years of experience, including prior leadership experience. • Generally at least 2 successfully shipped AAA titles on PC or console. • Required: Strong leadership and mentoring skills. • Good presentation skills. • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. • Deep understanding of game creation and development processes. • Experience with both text-based and visual scripting systems. • Proficiency with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence). • Self-motivated and able to work independently. • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
