• Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer, Recruiter, or similar role in agency or in-house environments • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple roles and projects simultaneously • Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • A genuine passion for talent and people
