• Provide expert guidance and delivery on all project engagements • Act as a primary/lead consultant on Compensation projects • Manage to the agreed budget and deliver the project profitably • Capture business requirements, provide options, and share best practices within Workday ecosystem • Develop relationships with Workday employees and partners as a representative of Peoplevisor • Design and implement solutions to solve complex technical and business problems • Provide weekly updates to project manager on hours needed and project timelines
• 3+ years of Workday experience as a consultant • Workday Certification in HCM, Core Compensation & Advanced Compensation preferred • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience • Completed 3-5 projects within the Workday ecosystem • CPP certification strongly preferred • Knowledge and execution of Workday project management methodologies • Must have led implementations specific to HCM, Core Compensation and/or Advanced Compensation • Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities • Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training • Experience deploying multiple HCM projects simultaneously a plus
