📋 Description

• Join Peraton in advancing the safety, efficiency, and modernization of the National Airspace System (NAS). • Ensure successful administrative and operational execution of new system user training, equipment installations, and contractor activities. • Support Technical Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and executing project activities. • Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, aligning project goals and expectations. • Track and document project phases, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion. • Coordinate equipment deliveries, vendor installations, and Contractor Acceptance Inspections (CAI). • Validate installation completion, new system cutover, and successful CAI with vendors. • Oversee vendors and contractors to align delivery and installation schedules. • Maintain administrative documentation, including meeting minutes, change logs, RFI processes, and technical status reports. • Identify technical risks early and propose mitigation or contingency plans.

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. • 10 years of experience, may have supervisory or lead experience • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, acting as a translator between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. • Expertise in project control, including scheduling, tracking milestones (Gantt charts), and monitoring budgets. • Strong administrative and documentation skills, including meeting notes, change logs, RFIs, and status reporting. • Analytical problem-solving ability with a proactive approach to risk identification and mitigation. • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
