📋 Description

• Aid in the development and implementation of our cloud capabilities • Tailor cloud and emerging technologies to enhance the business's security and efficiency • Support SaaS platforms and manage cloud platforms such as AWS • Analyze complex system behavior for security vulnerabilities and performance issues • Participate in the Operations Engineering 24/7 weekly on-call rotation (after on-boarding) • Improve system health and availability through meaningful contributions • System management including automation of software upgrades, patch management, and troubleshooting • Support web application farms, load balancing, and CI/CD deployments • Work closely and collaboratively with peers and team members • Communicate effectively in verbal and written formats

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced understanding and experience supporting SaaS platforms • Strong proficiency in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code development • Experience managing and supporting cloud platforms such as AWS • Analyze complex system behavior for security vulnerabilities and performance issues • Participate in the Operations Engineering 24/7 weekly on-call rotation (after on-boarding) • Make meaningful contributions to improve the system health and availability • Extensive experience with the Windows Server platform and services (AD, DNS, GPO, PKI, etc.) • Proven system management capabilities including automation of software upgrades, patch management, and troubleshooting experience • General knowledge of supporting web application farms, load balancing, and CI/CD deployments • Ability to work closely with peers and team members collaboratively • Excellent verbal and written communications skills • Completion of a degree or certification in a related field or equivalent experience (beneficial) • Configuration Management and Infrastructure as Code experience (beneficial) • Experience deploying services to AWS using Terraform, Ansible or similar (beneficial) • Knowledge of MS SQL Server cluster administration (beneficial) • Experience deploying Docker containers and orchestration through Kubernetes clusters (bonus)
