📋 Description

• Facilitate client conversations for requirements gathering, creating and documenting business and/or technical requirements, and test cases to support application development, unit testing, and User Acceptance Testing • Collaborate with clients, operations, and/or vendors to understand business requirements, with the ability to convert requirements into effective documentation • Convert requirements into effective workflow design documentation • Work effectively across multiple cross-functional teams such as operations, application development, product management, and key vendor partnerships • Support quality assurance (QA) and user acceptance testing (UAT), reporting bugs or defects. • Work with internal groups and outside vendors to ensure successful and quality project completion. • Other responsibilities and duties as assigned based on business needs

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma/GED equivalent • 5 years of Business Analyst / Requirements Gathering experience • 3 years of direct mortgage lending related experience • Experience working on projects related to the mortgage loan lifecycle from Origination through Post-Closing • Deep knowledge of the mortgage loan process with experience in origination, processing, underwriting, closing/funding, and post-closing. • Experience with DSCR (Business Purpose Loans) lending preferred • Knowledge of SDLC lifecycles, such as Waterfall and Agile • Ability to use standard office equipment, printer, scanner, copier, fax, telephone, personal computer, and other peripheral devices
