• Create innovative and thought-provoking insights content on L&D and skills management • Develop insights and ideas through thought leadership • Provide in-depth analysis to identify client needs and barriers • Demonstrate thought leadership in establishing Insights positions • Research and analyze market trends to provide actionable insights • Create and deliver presentation materials for various events • Provide sales support as voice of the market • Build credibility as an industry expert • Identify research process improvements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience • Specific knowledge of L&D and skills management platforms and technologies • Extensive experience with software such as Cornerstone, Dayforce, Gloat, LinkedIn, Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, Skillsoft, Workday • Profound understanding of CHRO challenges and familiarity with workflows and priorities of CHRO and L&D leaders • Deep first-hand knowledge of the skills tech and L&D landscape • Demonstrate executive presence • Strong organizational skills • Demonstrate excellence in research and writing ability • Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills • Proficient in analyzing and synthesizing data • Strong communication skills • Subject matter expertise in presenting at large and small-scale engagements • Strong business and financial acumen • Ability to work independently and collaborate within multicultural global teams • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%
