📋 Description

• Ensure high customer satisfaction for internal and external customers • Manage customer accounts, including account setup and customer data management • Monitor product availability and allocate product batches • Process sales orders in SAP • Prepare and monitor orders with the EMEA warehouse • Organize logistics for product delivery • Follow up on shipments and transportation with warehousing and transportation providers • Ensure validated packaging and product integrity • Manage product and service billing • Manage trunk stock replenishment and spare parts ordering and returns • Check and approve freight invoices and monitor freight cost drivers and controls • Manage customer complaints in SAP Fiori • Manage deviations, including DR/CAPA • Communicate with customers and sales representatives to understand requirements and optimize service performance • Participate in tender processes and coordinate with appropriate departments • Support quality audits • Drive service performance, achieve OTIF targets, improve processes, support business growth, and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field • Mandatory proficiency in Spanish, English and Italian (minimum B2-C1 level), with excellent verbal and written communication skills in all three languages • Mandatory experience working with SAP as an ERP system • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Customer Operations, or Supply Chain roles • Proven experience managing the full Order-to-Cash (O2C) process • Experience coordinating logistics operations and monitoring domestic and international shipments • Knowledge of inventory management, delivery planning, and customer service processes • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple stakeholders and priorities • Strong customer orientation, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
