📋 Description

• Conceptualize and design image creatives for Meta and TikTok—creative and platform-appropriate • Develop storyboards for animated ad creatives as the basis for motion design and video editing • Conceptualize and design carousel posts • Work entirely in Figma, from the first idea to the final creative • Use AI tools: generate stock material and visuals with Claude, Higgsfield and others and integrate them into your designs • Continuously evolve your workflow combining Claude and Figma • Create design variants for our testing framework (different hooks, angles, design styles) • Translate feedback from creative performance data into new iterations

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer, ideally in performance marketing or an agency environment • Strong portfolio with ad creatives (MANDATORY and a deal-breaker: applications without examples of ad creatives in the portfolio cannot be considered) • Excellent Figma skills; we work exclusively in Figma • AI skills: familiar with Claude, Higgsfield and similar tools and know how to use them to generate, e.g., stock material (the combination of Claude and Figma is a requirement for us) • Exceptional sense for design, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy • Understanding of how social ads are structured and what performs on Meta and TikTok • You also engage with social ads, trends and design developments in your private time • Languages: German at least C1, English at least B2
