📋 Description

• You lead a team of asset managers and technicians as well as a plant shutdown team and are responsible for our corporate duties in the areas of safety, health, environmental protection, and process and plant safety. • You are responsible for the technical availability of the plants and for the technical cost responsibility of the cluster, as well as for the projects and plant modifications carried out within the cluster. • Together with your colleagues, you develop and update the asset strategy for our cluster. • You implement technical improvements and increase plant reliability through measures such as root cause analyses, risk analyses, bad actor management, and spare parts management. • Additionally, you coordinate and commission technical measures, including technical changes (MOCs), in projects and maintenance. • Last but not least, you ensure that all assets comply with legal, environmental, and internal requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in Engineering, Process Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering. • At least four years of professional experience in a technical environment, ideally with project responsibility and personnel management. • Solid knowledge in operations and process engineering or mechanical engineering, as well as in technical documentation; ideally experience in high-pressure technology / hydrogen and familiarity with AwSV, the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED), the Machinery Directive, and explosion protection. • Experience and proven success in applying root cause analyses, risk analyses, bad actor management, and spare parts management. • Very good German and English language skills and proficient use of SAP and MS Office. • Strong empathy, excellent communication skills, and a passion for leading people. • Ability to convey knowledge and foster a strong team mindset, combined with a structured, solution-oriented way of working.
