• You strategically manage and develop the boutiques in your region — aligned with our brand standards and with an eye on the big picture • Through regular boutique visits you strengthen the on-site teams, boost motivation and develop leaders through targeted coaching • You take responsibility for selecting and onboarding our sales leaders — ensuring successful collaboration • Sales development, productivity and budget compliance are in your hands — you manage them proactively and purposefully • You use KPIs and market trends to make informed decisions and derive effective measures • You actively shape marketing and merchandising initiatives and promote knowledge sharing within your region — fostering strong collaboration • You ensure a smooth flow of information between Retail, HR and other stakeholders
• Completed vocational training in retail or an equivalent qualification, ideally with experience in the cosmetics industry • At least 5 years' experience in leading and developing sales teams in a retail environment • Strong analytical skills and experience working with business/financial metrics • Proficient in MS Office; experience with Tableau is a plus • Target- and results-oriented working style with a high level of personal responsibility and strong organizational skills • Strong communication skills, empathy and the ability to motivate and connect teams • Passion for the brand and a high degree of initiative • Fluent German and English (business fluent) • High willingness to travel as part of field/external duties
