📋 Description

• Advise and support business units in the introduction and optimization of Connext Vivendi applications • Project management (time, resources, budget) • Ensure uninterrupted operation of Connext Vivendi; 2nd-level support; fault analysis and resolution; escalation to 3rd level • Plan and update applications; maintain technical documentation • Optimize application usage in coordination with business units • Establish and coordinate a key‑user concept (training, support, best practices; cross-department moderation) • Liaise and collaborate with external service providers and other organizations • General coordination of application projects in the social services sector

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent vocational training with further qualifications • Experience in the social services sector and/or experience with Connext Vivendi • Knowledge of software development, databases, networks, and application technologies and platforms • Experience in project management • Analytical thinking to derive practical, actionable solutions • Strong service orientation and excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with business units, IT support, developers, and stakeholders • Proactive, solution-oriented, and quality-conscious working style with a focus on stable applications and efficient processes • Willingness to pursue continuous professional development and monitor industry trends • Very good German language skills
