📋 Description

• Support our clients—executive management and business units—who are major players in the Life Insurance market across the entire value chain • Expand your experience and strengthen your skills by working on varied engagements: opportunity studies, launching new activities, creating new product offerings, audits, reorganizations, and process optimization • Regulatory compliance projects (GDPR, AML/CFT, ESG/SFDR & CSRD, etc.) • Support in selecting service providers and operational or IT solutions • Digitalization of business processes

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering degree, business school degree, or Master’s degree (M2), ideally with a specialization in Finance / Insurance • Minimum 3 years' experience in organizational consulting gained within a consulting firm in the finance/insurance sector or within the internal consulting unit of a financial institution • Knowledge of financial products (investment funds, equities, bonds, private equity, etc.) • Knowledge of the savings market, life insurance, and distribution channels • Project methodology • Strong analytical and synthesis skills • Professional/business-level English
