📋 Description

• Own and execute Project Farma’s communications strategy • Serve as a marketing business partner to leadership, business development, and client engagement teams • Translate complex technical and professional services work into clear, actionable messaging for internal audiences • Partner with marketing to ensure alignment between communications and external campaigns • Support leadership communications • Lead communication campaigns from planning through execution • Oversee town halls and leadership meetings • Drive employee understanding of Project Farma’s services • Contribute to go-to-market readiness by ensuring internal teams have clear messaging • Track and measure engagement across internal communication channels

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field • 5–7 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or marketing communications • Experience working within a professional services, consulting, or life sciences services organization required • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical or consulting services into clear, audience-appropriate messaging • Experience supporting marketing, business development, or go-to-market initiatives through communications • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills • Proficiency with digital communication and employee engagement tools.
