📋 Description

• Perform maintenance, qualification and troubleshooting of laboratory instruments in compliance with contractual commitments for the client’s analytical instrument fleet • Maintain regular communication with the client and provide support in coordinating interventions by external providers • Follow existing intervention procedures and develop new ones as needed • Actively contribute to the success of contracts and customer satisfaction • Produce regular activity reports using the provided tools

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Bac+2 (associate degree) in chemistry, biology, physics or electronics, or equivalent qualification • Experience with and/or knowledge of laboratory equipment for chromatography and mass spectrometry • Proven experience in maintenance, qualification or quality control, ideally across multiple brands on instruments such as HPLC/GC/MS • Knowledge of metrology and/or regulatory qualification is a plus • Comfortable with IT: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CMMS/GMAO and technical-level English • Autonomous, well organized, rigorous, with good interpersonal and communication skills and a strong team spirit • Able to multitask and motivated to learn and adopt new techniques
