📋 Description

• Own full financial accountability for the region, including revenue, margin, utilization, realization, and regional operating costs • Develop and execute the regional operating plan aligned with firmwide strategic priorities and the company’s growth objectives • Ensure all projects within the region are delivered on time, on budget, and to the firm’s quality standards • Serve as the senior escalation point for delivery risks, client concerns, and project performance issues • Drive regional revenue growth through new client acquisition, account expansion, and service-line cross-selling • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing consulting talent across the region • Participate in enterprise strategic planning and quarterly business reviews as a member of the Senior Leadership Team

🎯 Requirements

• 20+ years of progressive leadership experience in life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or technical consulting environments • Demonstrated experience managing a regional P&L or equivalent general management responsibility • Proven ability to lead high-performing professional services teams in regulated industries • Strong executive-level client relationship and business development experience • Deep understanding of professional services economics, including utilization management, margin control, pipeline management, and resource planning • Experience across multiple life sciences consulting domains such as CQV, quality and regulatory, MSAT, asset management, project delivery, or human performance consulting • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational development skills • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred • Frequent regional travel; periodic national travel.
