📋 Description

• We are looking for a Junior Area Manager to join our team. The professional will be responsible for managing sales performance for the indirect channel (wholesalers and distributors) and the direct channel (regional retailers, national and regional Cash & Carry) located in the states of GO, DF, MT, MS, TO, AC, RO and MG. • Responsible for monitoring the implementation of strategies and tracking sales volumes to achieve profitability targets, market share growth and product distribution in the Brazilian market. • Responsibilities and duties: • Control the sales channel budget for the area of responsibility by implementing the planned investments for each brand and region, ensuring correct use of company resources; • Manage channel results by monitoring sales volume and the strategies implemented, ensuring investment optimization for sales return and brand building in the channels; • Maintain strong relationships with the area’s key customers to strengthen partnerships and sustain business. Also seek synergies between Off-trade, On-trade and events; • Monitor competitor actions related to new initiatives at indirect channel distribution points, identifying potential opportunities for the company; • Be accountable for the management of all indirect channel distribution contracts, with support from the Legal Department; • Align activities and communication with Trade Marketing and Marketing for indirect channel customers to improve brand visibility and increase sales volume; • Manage your team in matters related to the company’s HR practices and policies, including people administration and management, performance evaluation, and training and development.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising or related fields; • Proven experience in team management; • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales/Commercial roles, preferably in the consumer goods sector; • Strong analytical skills; • Experience with analytical tools and performance indicators; • Reside in Goiânia or be willing to relocate.
