📋 Description

• Serve as the face of Perricone Farms and Natalie’s Orchid Island Juice Co. within the assigned territory, focusing on foodservice operators, produce distributors, and regional chain accounts. • Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to exceed revenue goals and increase market share within key non-retail channels. • Build, manage, and grow relationships with foodservice distributors, broadliners, produce houses, and key operator accounts. • Lead and support a team of 4–5 sales reps to achieve territory goals and profitability targets. • Conduct impactful sales presentations, product trainings, and business reviews with key customers and distributor partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of sales experience in the beverage, CPG, or food & beverage industry, with a strong emphasis on foodservice, produce distribution, or regional chain account management • At least 2 years in a territory or regional sales management role focused on non-retail channels • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities • Strong relationship-building skills with foodservice operators, distributor partners, and chain account buyers
