📋 Description

• Lead the strategic and operational management of the Abtei® brand across the DACH region • Develop and implement brand, establishment, and growth strategies • Own the product portfolio, including portfolio optimization, innovation, and lifecycle management • Plan, manage, and evaluate integrated 360° marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels • Manage budgets and optimize marketing investments and brand initiatives • Analyze market, competitive, and consumer trends and derive strategic recommendations for action • Monitor relevant KPIs to ensure brand growth and performance • Manage the internal share of voice and represent the brand’s interests to cross-functional stakeholders • Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Innovation, Supply Chain, Finance, and international teams • Lead and coordinate external agencies, market research institutes, and cooperation partners

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in business administration, business studies, communications, or a related field (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) • 3–5 years of relevant professional experience managing pharmaceutical or FMCG brands, preferably in the healthcare sector, within an internationally oriented organization • Strong interest in healthcare and consumer self-care • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team-oriented approach • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and connect diverse perspectives • Strong verbal and written communication and influencing skills • Very good command of German and English
