• Establish a high-impact and comprehensive BioPharma marketing plan that competitively positions the company for commercial success • Build global awareness and drive demand for the full portfolio of Personalis products across BioPharma • Lead all BioPharma product and portfolio promotional marketing campaigns • Co-own strategic marketing such as go-to-market strategy, customer segmentation, product positioning, and messaging • Lead virtual and in-person marketing events, including conferences, tradeshows, speaker panels and programs, and webinars • Cultivate a strong partnership with Biopharma Sales, Product Management, Field Application Specialists, and R&D • Develop a strong understanding of customers across BioPharma to create effective positioning and key messages to drive product adoption • Participate in internal MLR review process • Actively manage the marketing agency relationship and deliverables
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, life sciences, or related field • MBA or advanced degree in Life Sciences (or 2 years of experience in lieu of Master’s degree) • 8+ years of proven experience in marketing roles of increasing scope and responsibility in the Pharma, Biotech, genomics, molecular biology, or molecular diagnostics arenas • Direct NGS and/or molecular diagnostics experience preferred, ideally in MRD or therapy selection/CGP • Ideal experience marketing research products and CTAs to BioPharma • Strong creative intuition on design and messaging that resonates with BioPharma customers • Ability to develop and present strategy and brand/marketing plans; communicates in a compelling manner • Demonstrated track record of partnering well with internal peers and external vendors • Proven ability to thrive and be successful in a fast-paced environment • Ability to travel up to 20%
