📋 Description

• You’ll join a passionate design team dedicated to shaping a platform that drives real impact for some of the world’s leading in-house legal teams. • Work end-to-end across discovery, ideation, and delivery • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers in a cross-functional squad to deliver impactful product experiences and dev-ready design assets • Drive innovation and early-stage discovery projects • Facilitate design workshops, user research sessions, and validation activities • Support our Design Ops practice by contributing to key initiatives and collaborating closely with the team • Help maintain and evolve our design system • Advocate for best-in-class design thinking across the organisation • Be proficient with Figma, JIRA, and other standard product design and prototyping tools

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer. Experience in fast-pace SaaS startups and scale-ups is highly regarded. • Experience designing across the full product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery • A strong portfolio showcasing product design work, especially for complex workflows • A good eye for design and sound judgment in applying design best practices • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders • Experience working in agile environments as part of a product trio • A results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering impact over perfection • Adaptability and pragmatism to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment • (Bonus) Experience working asynchronously with global teams**
