📋 Description
• Strategic advisory for the introduction of Microsoft 365 Copilot – from vision to rollout • Facilitation of workshops on technical readiness, adoption & change management, governance, risk & compliance • Preparation of deliverables, guides, and decision papers for clients • Analysis of client processes and identification of optimization opportunities • Support in developing roadmaps, training, and communication strategies • Close collaboration with technical teams to implement recommendations practically
🎯 Requirements
• Completed degree (Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or equivalent) • Several years of experience in IT consulting or IT projects, ideally within the Microsoft 365 environment • Knowledge of cloud technologies, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, security & compliance • Experience with adoption & change management processes • Consulting skills, strong communication and presentation abilities • German C1, English B2 or higher • Occasional willingness to travel regionally
