📋 Description

• Responsible for the functional development of our ERP system Odoo with a focus on financial processes and the associated end-to-end chains — including Order-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Pay and other relevant accounting processes. • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Finance, IT and other stakeholders, aligning objectives, scope and priorities. • Manage the backlog, translate business requirements into actionable work packages, define acceptance criteria and ensure clear documentation. • Prioritize features, tasks and bugs and continuously improve the issues board with a clear structure. • Own roadmap topics end-to-end from concept to implementation. • Monitor scope, schedule and budget and ensure transparent communication on status, risks and decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo. • Senior-level expertise in Accounting & Finance in an ERP context (e.g., closing, reporting, controls, compliance). • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) as well as traditional approaches (e.g., Waterfall, classical project management), and the ability to apply both effectively depending on the context. • Assertiveness combined with an analytical, structured and pragmatic way of working. • A business background or a degree in STEM/business administration (or an equivalent qualification). • Excellent written and spoken English (required); French is a plus; German is an advantage.
