📋 Description

• Work with cross-functional teams to support effective pricing and contracting with Key Accounts • Engage with executive and administrative customers for pricing discussions • Facilitate communication with key HQ functions for contract support • Develop Hospital and Biosimilar strategies for account opportunities • Lead pull-through efforts in collaboration with other teams • Collaborate with Regional Account Cross-functional Teams

🎯 Requirements

• 8 years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical affairs, and/or corporate account management • Minimum 3–5 years of direct biosimilars and Generic Sterile Injectables experience • Knowledge of regulatory pathways (FDA, EMA, Health Canada) and interchangeability requirements • Understanding of manufacturing and quality standards for biologics and generic sterile injectables • Familiarity with commercialization strategies and market access • Experience in negotiating with large accounts such as Academic Medical Centers and Integrated Delivery Networks • Bachelor's Degree required • MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred
