📋 Description

• Formulate strategies to achieve sales and market share objectives • Spearhead planning and implementation of CME activities such as RTDs, webinars, symposia, and product presentations within assigned territories • Develop and maintain target specialists, speakers, and key/emerging opinion leaders (KOLs/EOLs) • Develop and update Territory Master Work Plan (TMWP) for planning MD calls and program implementation • Develop territory-based programs to improve understanding of assigned products • Monitor sales, product movements, and competitor activities • Prepare and submit operational/admin reports • Perform other official duties assigned by the immediate superior • Adhere to company values and policies

🎯 Requirements

• College graduate of a 4 or 5 year course • With at least 2 years experience as PHR • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) • Good interpersonal skills • With valid Med Rep PRC • With valid driver's license • Willing to travel and be assigned in North Luzon (Pangasinan/Tarlac) • Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines
