📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end U.S. contracting strategy for the full vaccines portfolio • Define portfolio-level contracting vision balancing access, profitability, and growth • Develop segment-specific strategies across customer and channel types • Partner with Finance and Pricing to optimize gross-to-net performance • Strengthening Pfizer’s position with key customers and partners • Ensure contracting readiness for launches and new indications • Establish governance processes for contracting decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of experience required OR Master's degree and 13+ years of experience required OR PhD/PharmD and 10+ years of experience required • Senior leadership experience in contracting, access, or pricing required • Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare and reimbursement
