📋 Description

• Telephone consultation and qualification of prospective clients • Needs analysis and tailored referral to our partners • Documentation and maintenance of customer data in our CRM system • Participation in the continuous optimization of our consultation processes • Support with business development projects and marketing activities

🎯 Requirements

• You are a student or currently taking a gap year (mandatory internship possible) • You have excellent German language skills at native level • You are empathetic, have strong communication skills, and are authentic when dealing with people • You work in a structured way and have a quick grasp of new information • You demonstrate flexibility and take personal responsibility
