📋 Description

• Build real-time risk controls and decisioning systems for ACH, debit cards, onramps, off-ramps, and other money movement experiences • Develop signals, models, and product interventions to identify malicious wallets, transactions, applications, and user behavior • Build scalable KYC, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, case management, and audit systems • Create pipelines and tools combining on-chain activity, product data, and third-party signals into actionable risk insights • Partner with product and engineering teams to design safeguards into new features • Build internal tools for Risk, Compliance, Support, and Security teams to investigate incidents and take action • Help establish technical foundations and engineering culture for a new high-impact function

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience • 8+ years of full-time software engineering experience • Experience designing and operating reliable, data-intensive production systems • Strong product judgment and ability to balance user experience, financial risk, and operational complexity • Ability to work across frontend, backend, APIs, data pipelines, and third-party integrations • Demonstrated interest in protecting users and building trustworthy financial products • English language proficiency • Nice to have: experience with fraud, risk, identity, KYC, AML, sanctions, payments, fintech, or blockchain systems
