📋 Description
• Draft, review, and negotiate high volume of clinical study agreements • Manage the end-to-end contracting process and coordinate with stakeholders • Collaborate with Legal, Risk Management, Clinical, and Regulatory teams
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in contract administration • Bachelor’s degree or strong understanding of clinical contracting terms • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
